Terms of Service

1. Scope

This agreement covers Jita’s website, clients, in-app pages, and other forms of the service, including chat, todos, profile, toolbox (personal ledger notes, expiry reminders, periodic check-ins, and summary alerts to emergency contacts), check-in, and quota, as well as features we add later. What is actually shipped in the product controls.

We may publish special rules such as the Privacy Policy and the AI usage notice. If a special rule conflicts with this agreement on that topic, the special rule governs.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. Provide information you are entitled to use, and keep your credentials safe. Losses from poor custody are yours.

You confirm you are at least 18, or that you use the service with a guardian’s consent and guidance. We may verify age or limit features as required by law.

A person should not keep an unreasonable number of accounts. We may act against bulk registration, account trading, or clearly abusive use.

2A. Third-party sign-in

You may sign in with SMS/email OTP, carrier one-tap, WeChat, Apple, Alipay, and other methods we support. Using a third-party channel means you agree we may receive the identifiers and data needed to create or link your Jita account.

Those services are operated by their providers. You must also follow their terms and privacy policies. Jita is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or outages.

3. The service

Jita is a personal life AI: you open to a conversation, it can remember what you confirmed, and, with your permission, help with todos, photos, and everyday questions.

Toolbox ledger notes, expiry reminders, and periodic check-ins are non-custodial personal records and reminders. Emergency contacts only receive summary alerts under conditions you set. This is not fund or key custody, estate execution, or a substitute for emergency services (e.g. 110 / 120).

Official offers or product information that appear in chat are display or handoff only. Fulfilment and after-sales follow the actual provider. Jita does not warrant that any third-party channel stays available.

Store listings and download links are those published on this site at the time. Obtain the app only from this site or stores we expressly name.

3A. Approximate pay price

When a deal card shows an approximate (“约”) pay price, it is an estimate of list price minus known coupon face value and exclusive red-packet face value. It does not include shipping, store-wide discounts, purchase limits, or other checkout conditions; the third-party checkout page controls what you actually pay.

3B. In-app messages and push

We may send verification codes, service notices, inbox messages, or campaign information you are entitled to know. You can turn off notifications in system settings or unregister push in the app; you may then miss important service alerts.

Tapping a push may open the matching in-app screen (such as the inbox). Push content is not a commitment by Jita regarding third-party goods or services.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, to harm others, to upload or generate prohibited content, or to attack, disrupt, or access systems or other users’ data without authorization.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass safety or metering, or use the service to train a competing model unless we agree in writing.

If we believe your use is risky or breaches this agreement, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or close the account, and keep records as required by law.

5. AI-generated content

Chat, retouch, and image generation are produced by AI. They may be wrong, incomplete, or stale, and are not medical, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Verify anything important yourself.

For health, finance, or minors, the product may strengthen warnings or refuse a definitive answer. Do not solicit assistance with illegal activity.

Chat keeps a persistent “AI generated · for reference” notice. Generated or substantially edited images are marked “AI 生成” in the bottom-right corner, with glyph height meeting GB 45438. Image files carry one national-standard AIGC metadata record (label, service provider, content id). Copied assistant replies begin with “[AI generated]” (English) or “【AI 生成】” (Chinese).

If you publish or further distribute that content, keep those marks or add them as required by law, and take responsibility as the publisher. Do not delete, alter, forge, or misleadingly modify the marks we add. This version does not offer an export that strips the explicit mark.

6. Your content

Text, images, and other material you submit remain yours or the original owner’s. You grant Jita a licence to store, process, and technically use that material as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. The licence ends after deletion or account closure once backups expire, except where law requires otherwise.

You warrant you have the right to submit the material and that it does not infringe others. You will handle disputes arising from it and indemnify Jita for resulting losses.

7. Quota, points, and your own key

Using the platform model spends Token quota on your account. Quota may come from a daily grant, points you exchange, or other grants we describe in the product.

Membership points are not the same balance as Tokens. Chat and retouch do not spend points by default. Earning, expiry, and exchange follow in-app rules. Points are not cash and are generally not transferable except as required by law.

You may add your own model key only for vendors and endpoints Jita is authorized to call (currently Alibaba DashScope / Qwen official compatible API and Qwen-family models). Arbitrary third-party or custom endpoints are not supported. You keep the key; we never echo it. Fees are billed by that vendor. It does not spend platform Tokens or points. You must also follow the vendor’s terms. Saved configs outside the authorized set cannot be used for chat or image tools—delete them or switch to an authorized vendor.

8. Intellectual property

The Jita name, marks, interface, code, copy, and other elements belong to Wuhan Jita Information Technology Co., Ltd. or their rightful owners. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

While you comply with this agreement we grant a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service. It is not a transfer of rights.

9. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect personal information is described in the Privacy Policy then in force. Using the service means you have read it.

Chat is used to improve a visible profile only after you grant the matching scene; you can turn that off in the app. We do not sell profiles or provide them as off-platform ad audiences.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we do not warrant uninterrupted or perfectly secure operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Jita is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for losses caused by force majeure, third-party failures, the network, or your own devices and actions.

If we are liable under this agreement, our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us for the relevant paid features in the twelve months before the dispute, or RMB 100 if there was no such payment — except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes and suspension

We may update, pause, or retire features, or adjust quota and rules. If a change materially affects you we will notice you in the app, on this site, or by other reasonable means.

We may suspend the service for maintenance, security incidents, or legal requirements without liability, and will restore it as soon as is reasonable.

12. Account deletion

Sign-out ends this device session. Clearing cache removes local files that can be rebuilt. Deletion removes or anonymizes the account. These are three different actions.

You may request deletion in the app. The default cooling-off period in mainland China is 7 days. Unfinished transactions, disputes, or legal retention may delay deletion; we will explain why.

After deletion we delete or anonymize account data except where law requires retention. Content you already shared elsewhere may not be recalled.

13. Changes to this agreement

We may revise this agreement. The new text will be published on this site or in the app with a version mark. Material changes will be highlighted in a reasonable way. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revision.

14. Law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes should first be discussed in good faith. If that fails, they shall be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Wuhan Jita Information Technology Co., Ltd.
